HYPERTENSION ANNUAL REVIEWS
We ask patients to complete an e consult in their birth month. You can also use the Health Monitor in our waiting room if you would like to hand in your BP and weight readings for the nurse to review. We have BP home monitors available for patients and these can be requested at our front desk.
