If you have run out of your medication entirely, please inform the receptionist who will arrange for your prescriptions to be ready later that day.
- Hand in re-order slip to the practice, and collect from Surgery or Pharmacist 48hrs later.
- Post in re-order slip to the practice with an SAE for return or collect 48hrs later.
- Telephone our Prescription Line (9am-1pm Mon - Fri) and collect from Surgery or Pharmacist 48hrs later.
